How you started in coffee – During my internship with the Colombian government commercial office in New York, I was given the opportunity to visit local coffee roasters to promote Colombian producers and their products. Being granted a first-hand look at one of the many facets involved in this amazing global industry sparked my interest in coffee. A love affair was born and I have not looked back since.
