Lisa Taddei

I am from Italy and I’ve always been a coffee enthusiast, even from a young age.

When I discovered the world of specialty coffee, I decided that I wanted it to be my career. From that moment, I started to learn, attend trainings, and soon I became a trainer in the company where I worked. From bean to the cup, I try to always do my best to elevate the product and satisfy the final consumer. In 2022 I attended the Simonelli Youth Academy in Italy, where I could learn more about green coffee, roasting and sensory. It goes without saying that my curiosity boosted!

I am still very curious and eager to know more about what’s behind the cup that we serve and drink, and one of my dreams is to visit a coffee farm. I am very excited to start this new chapter with Sucafina and get further behind the scene of this amazing drink.
